GBI put the wrong account number on the… I put the wrong account number on the ACH form granted my fault and tried to remedy it the same day. Email a copy of a check but it took 3 days to fix. They also wanted to charge for NSF when there was money in the account

GBGood company, Lizeth Camacho is an excellent representative. My agent was Lizeth Camacho. She quickly put together Builders Risk Ins quotes from three different companies and emailed them to me. After I picked one, she answered all the questions I had. There were a couple of glitches, primarily because after the policy was issued, I needed to change the effective date. But Lizeth patiently guided me through the process and everything was great. What I liked the most was that she always answered her phone and I didn't have to speak to a computer, which almost never happens in todays world.
