Informative, sincere, pleasant to work with and they kept me informed along the way of the status , if any additional information was needed, and timing. I did not need to call either of them. They were on top of everything and promptly keeping me up-to-date. The day the insurance was approved, Rebecca called to tell me and let me know to expect delivery of the policy. The next day, Shauna followed up with a call to check in to see that I had received the electronic forms and if I had any questions. Excellent pro-active customer service. I have used IntelliQuote for over 10… I have used IntelliQuote for over 10 years and have always been taken care of very well. They truly find the best price and notify you when your policy is due for renewal in plenty of time to get the best rates. This has been especially helpful when I was getting close to a benchmark age where rates would increase significantly. Great service with no high-pressure sales, but they do inform you well of your options.
