Informative, sincere, pleasant to work with and they kept me informed along the way of the status , if any additional information was needed, and timing. I did not need to call either of them. They were on top of everything and promptly keeping me up-to-date. The day the insurance was approved, Rebecca called to tell me and let me know to expect delivery of the policy. The next day, Shauna followed up with a call to check in to see that I had received the electronic forms and if I had any questions. Excellent pro-active customer service. USAnswered all my questions Buying life insurance takes time but the representative was helpful, knowledgable including details related to my heart condition, amd answered all my questions. She also made various suggestions which were helpful. I have used Intelliquite before (12 years ago) and did nit hesitate to use them again.
