I WORK WITH THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, DEPT OF ADULT CORRECTION. I HAVE A FULL HEALTHCARE COVERAGE FROM MY EMPLOYER FOR MYSELF AND DAUGHTER. I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS AGENT GOT MY INFORMATION TO ENROLL ME IN THE HEALTHCARE MARKETPLACE PLAN I NEVER ASKED FOR. I DO NOT HAVE ANY PRIOR HEALTH ISSUES OR LIFE-THREATENING DISEASES THAT WOULD WARRANT ME TO HAVE TWO INSURANCES AT THE SAME TIME. NOW THE IRS ARE ASKING THAT I PAY BACK $10,000 TAX CREDIT FOR GETTING INSURANCE COVERAGE FROM TRUE COVERAGE.
