Their rates are consistently cheaper than the rates I see from other vendors including Expedia. And Brandon is great to work with. Brandon Hughbanks was wonderfully… Brandon Hughbanks was wonderfully responsive. He assisted me on a trip to Paris and Tanzania in 2018 and helped me yesterday for an upcoming trip to Venice and the British Isles. I made my first deposit for our trip on 9/3/23. I made my first deposit for our trip on 9/3 and called Brandon on 9/7/23 to purchase a policy, but I was told that we had 20 days from the transaction on 9/3 to buy the insurance. I didn't understand why I couldn't buy it right then and get it out of the way. I called him yesterday 9/19 and made the purchase.
