Amazing Service In December 2020, It was my first time buying Bond Insurance, and I had no idea what all was involved and how long it generally takes to secure one. I was up against a deadline that another Insurance Company told me that I would not meet. I found Viking Bond Service online and worked with Lynn and Jenn. Both of them were absolutely outstanding and diligent at not only making sure I met my deadline but for much, much less. That was last year, and what a relief that as I renew my Bond insurance, the service and communication is still great!

Bond Finally Released! The sewer district changed plans and decided they no longer needed a maintenance bond and ordered Viking to release my performance bond. Viking refused to release my bond despite the sewer districts notice of release and clear email communications stating the District does not want the maintenance bond. Viking refused to contact the sewer district to clarify their position or help find a solution in any way. Using Viking means taking the risk everything goes exactly as planned. Any deviations from plan Viking is not a good choice. Caveat emptor. UPDATE: Spoke to someone else at Viking Bond service and they were much more knowledgeable about what it takes to release my bond. We had a somewhat non-standard bond… We had a somewhat non-standard bond request and Cynthia Cooper was upfront that it might be difficult, but that they had a big portfolio of resources. It took a little while to find the right surety company, but they succeeded and the bond was issued and my transaction moved forward. During the process, one of their EVPs, Tom Buckner even reached out to explain what was going on. I am very grateful.
