Cynthia Cooper is an incredible asset… Cynthia Cooper is an incredible asset to have for all types of Bonds. We had a very hard to place account needing a large performance bond and she was eventually able to convince a Carrier to write the risk. Highly Knowledgeable, Professional and great to work with! Our Agency's next Performance Bond will be going back to Cynthia to find another home for. Highly Recommend.

Supportive and Practical We called Viking regarding a bond, for every question that needed to be answered: Our agent took the time to find out the answer and served us with the best customer support. In the future, we can't imagine using any other agency.

Thank you to Viking Bond Service I want to thank Viking Bond Service and specifically Cynthia Cooper for your hard work and quick response in getting my construction company its first bid bond. Due to your efforts, we were able to submit our proposal to the USDA Contracting Officer early. Even if we do not win the contract, it is a significant step as my company grows. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

They were excellent went over and above… They were excellent went over and above to help me with my bonding issue. Tammi and her team were able to get me approved when everyone else was saying no. They took they extra step to find the problem so we could find a resolution.
