Review based on service w/o a claim. We can only rate our experience with purchasing and obtaining insurance coverage for our rental car. As far as finding and buying the insurance it was very easy and the rates were certainly far more reasonable than what is offered by the car rental company. Pteet immediately sent a confirmation email and pdf format for easy printing. We bought the insurance, printed the policy, and were on the road in less than 30 minutes. It felt professional, however we cannot attest to the actual service as we did not have the misfortune to suffer an accident of any kind during our trip.

went above call of duty… Steve and the staff at Pteet went above the call of duty, in getting my policy setup, which was having issues do to backend server upgrades going on at the time I was purchasing the All Trips Basic plan. I have no comments as to the effectiveness of the policy, and hopefully I'll never have to use it, to find out! But being backed by Allianz, I would expect no problems.

I purchased annual coverage I purchased annual coverage. Quick, helpful response to questions about the policy. Easy purchase process. Proof of coverage by this policy gets me quickly past the rental car agent’s sales tactics. Purchase price seems to be a great value. Cannot rate any higher because the only way to know for sure the value of the policy I purchased is to file a claim. Fortunately I have not had to do that.
