went above call of duty… Steve and the staff at Pteet went above the call of duty, in getting my policy setup, which was having issues do to backend server upgrades going on at the time I was purchasing the All Trips Basic plan. I have no comments as to the effectiveness of the policy, and hopefully I'll never have to use it, to find out! But being backed by Allianz, I would expect no problems.

As a first mover on the Internet By using Pteet.com to buy an annual policy for car rentals, and as a regular renter I've already realized savings. Each time I rent I just decline the plan at the car rental counter. Also, my coverage is arm's length from my personal auto policy keeps it neater and cleaner by avoiding the deductible and rate card changes with my regular car insurance.
