went above call of duty… Steve and the staff at Pteet went above the call of duty, in getting my policy setup, which was having issues do to backend server upgrades going on at the time I was purchasing the All Trips Basic plan. I have no comments as to the effectiveness of the policy, and hopefully I'll never have to use it, to find out! But being backed by Allianz, I would expect no problems.

Review based on service w/o a claim. We can only rate our experience with purchasing and obtaining insurance coverage for our rental car. As far as finding and buying the insurance it was very easy and the rates were certainly far more reasonable than what is offered by the car rental company. Pteet immediately sent a confirmation email and pdf format for easy printing. We bought the insurance, printed the policy, and were on the road in less than 30 minutes. It felt professional, however we cannot attest to the actual service as we did not have the misfortune to suffer an accident of any kind during our trip.

Pteet offers incomparable convenience and affodability!!! My girlfriend and I were in quite a dire situation. We found ourselves without a vehicle and needed to rent one immediately. As expected, the insurance coverage offered thru the rental agency was ridiculously expensive. So we searched the internet for coverage and found Pteet. The rates were very affordable and we simply couldn't find them any lower anywhere else. And the website was so user-friendly I'd find it hard to believe it could be any easier. In less than 10 minutes we had our coverage and we were back on the road! Since then, we've used them again and again, and we've never once had an issue. I recently traveled overseas for 2 weeks... I recently traveled overseas for 2 weeks and ended up buying Pteet's annual policy because it is going to save me a ton of money. I am also planning additional trips this year and I will be covered with only one purchase for the entire year. No brainer.
