Urgent Policy Modification My son's university needed a modification to the Insurance Policy. I called and my call was answered immediately by a person - not a recording or a robo-menu. I followed up on a call the next day, same quick answer. They had my issue, my name, my son's name and policy on top of their minds and had issued a modification immediately, but the e-mail failed to arrive the previous day.
