I had called six other business insurance companies and most of them took my info but never responded with a quote, one declined without offering options, I know we are at a crossroads in terms of insurance laws and requirements but I would have expected someone to explain that to me instead of ignoring me, then I decided to call Gustavo who is already offering us Liability insurance, he provided us with not one but two quotes within 24 hours and also enlightened us about the insurance changes coming up, Gustavo gave us a better deal than our previous insurance provider....I'm pleased and amazed...thank you Gustavo I will call you first from now on with ALL of our insurance needs.

GBGustavo is very unhinged and unprofessional… I had a terrible experience dealing with Gustavo Galvez. I re-requested insurance certs for our mutual client, it was my mistake as I had already received the certificates. The way Gustavo handled it was very unprofessional. He called and angrily harassed my co-workers who are not involved at all. He then sent an angry, unprofessional email claiming to have called and faxed a ton of times, "I am trying very hard to keep calm as I type this email out. We've called, EMAILED, FAXED and called again MANY TIMES - come to find out you only work in the office 2 days a week - so maybe we should have a response today?" I did not re-reach out to his client until yesterday evening so I am unsure when he tried to call a ton other than this morning. When I asked that in the future Gustavo email me instead of yelling at my coworkers his email reply was even more unprofessional with lots of Cap-locks and even the happy admission of being unprofessional "Again...I agree with the unprofessional statement, you are very correct. You have my sincerest apologies, but I stand by the MANNER in which I did this because the GOAL was reached." I'm not sure how this man thinks as a professional insurance agent it is okay to act like this. Our mutual client emailed an apology on their agents behalf because they did not like the way Gustavo acted.
