I request for certificate holder names added and they've always had them completed and returned in a blink of the eye. The other 2 companies I have to email call and re-call and they hardly ever place the information that has been requested to be placed on description area. Our broker knows what he's doing and the other 2 will call for clarification all the time like what kind of company are you. Your like it's the name of the company. Just shows how much they care for you if they don't know your business. You think the 20K I pay a year would. Unfortunately if I could I would have all my insurance needs run through CBW.
