CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER CARLOS… CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER CARLOS TENORIO SHOULD BE CSP OF THE YEAR. He was so awesome. He was very informative. He help 3 individuals get free health insurance whom hasn't had insurance in years and need very badly to go to the doctor. All 3 of us are so grateful to Mr Tenorio. The 3 were on one call. I use to be a customer service provider. I was actually a customer service specialist for over 20 years. I must say Carlos is one of the best CSP I have ever talked to. Hats off to his trainer too. Fast and enjoyable experience!! Mr. Sameer Nakhleh was really helpful and very kind. Sometimes, especially while discussing health care policies it’s very hard to understand all the details. But he was knowledgeable and got me a 0 copay and 0 prescriptions policy. It’s been very hard for me to trust and believe anything that’s too good to be true but he left me feeling very good about the future and my healthcare.
