I had just lost my job and am the sole provider and insurance carrier for me and my husband. Tori took all the time I needed to explain everything I needed to know about the policy. I have never lost a job or had to try and obtain insurance over the phone. He was absolutely the best and most informative agent I could have been assigned to. I will never forget how helpful and courteous this gentleman was and how comfortable I felt with him.
