CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER CARLOS… CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER CARLOS TENORIO SHOULD BE CSP OF THE YEAR. He was so awesome. He was very informative. He help 3 individuals get free health insurance whom hasn't had insurance in years and need very badly to go to the doctor. All 3 of us are so grateful to Mr Tenorio. The 3 were on one call. I use to be a customer service provider. I was actually a customer service specialist for over 20 years. I must say Carlos is one of the best CSP I have ever talked to. Hats off to his trainer too. Dustin Tori Morgenstein was the agent… Dustin Tori Morgenstein was the agent that sighed me up for the Affordable Care Act insurance. I had just lost my job and am the sole provider and insurance carrier for me and my husband. Tori took all the time I needed to explain everything I needed to know about the policy. I have never lost a job or had to try and obtain insurance over the phone. He was absolutely the best and most informative agent I could have been assigned to. I will never forget how helpful and courteous this gentleman was and how comfortable I felt with him.
