I have had Capson for several years…Now a claim I have had Capson for several years with good service.I had a claimed filed this year and I was afraid of what would happen to my rates while this claim works throught the process. My service and support have been outstanding. the rate I paid for my last renewal was lower than the last year before the claim. I have an outstanding legal team to support me through this unpleasant time and I feel supported by Capson. I know they will treat me fairly.

No feedback I am not trying to be a troublemaker, but I have difficulty getting Capson to pick-up my phone call or call me back after I leave a message. This is not for a crisis; just when trying to make routine enquiries. The doctor that referred me to Capson also said Capson is shutting down/going bankrupt- I have received no written notice; I can't get through by phone. I just assume I still have medical practice insurance. Otherwise, the price is phenomenal!!! unbeatable!!!.
