GBnobody there to answer phone Want to purchase malpractice insurance and their website says they can provide it quickly. I have attempted to call them for the past 4 hours and cant get a human to talk to and start the process.

GBCapson has been a reasonably priced… Capson has been a reasonably priced policy with good customer service. Fortunately we rarely need help. When we do, they have been responsive.

GBNo feedback I am not trying to be a troublemaker, but I have difficulty getting Capson to pick-up my phone call or call me back after I leave a message. This is not for a crisis; just when trying to make routine enquiries. The doctor that referred me to Capson also said Capson is shutting down/going bankrupt- I have received no written notice; I can't get through by phone. I just assume I still have medical practice insurance. Otherwise, the price is phenomenal!!! unbeatable!!!.
