Troy is a very competent advocate! Troy has been our advisor for several years. He always listens thoroughly during our annual follow ups, confirms our existing coverages and medications and recommends either staying with each provider or going with a new provider for better coverage. Troy is also available during the year if we need to speak with him. We are completely satisfied with Troy and plan to continue with him for the foreseeable future.

My questions are not being answered. I am not being called back when I try to reach someone to talk. I did not understand that my problems were all taken care of already. I am good to go My questions are not being answered for my 2024 needs. I know you are busy so please let me know if you do not have time for me. My questions had been answered many weeks back and my supplemental coverage problems had already been taken care of and it was just a misunderstanding on my part. This is a very busy time of the year for the insurance agents who are handling Medicare questions and I just failed to understand that my problems had already been taken care of. I am all set and ready to go and my insurance agent has always taken very good care of my needs it sometimes just gets to be too busy at this time of the year to get back to me right away when I call with a question.
