My questions are not being answered. I am not being called back when I try to reach someone to talk. I did not understand that my problems were all taken care of already. I am good to go My questions are not being answered for my 2024 needs. I know you are busy so please let me know if you do not have time for me. My questions had been answered many weeks back and my supplemental coverage problems had already been taken care of and it was just a misunderstanding on my part. This is a very busy time of the year for the insurance agents who are handling Medicare questions and I just failed to understand that my problems had already been taken care of. I am all set and ready to go and my insurance agent has always taken very good care of my needs it sometimes just gets to be too busy at this time of the year to get back to me right away when I call with a question.

Troy is extremely good at what he does! I was neglectful in responding to Troy's emails. I hate dealing with insurance issues. He continued pursuing me until I answered his phone call. I had forgotten how easy he is to work with and how well he knows his stuff. I didn't have to worry about not understanding, because he explains everything perfectly. Because he was relentless in his efforts to connect with me and finally did...he just managed to save my husband and I almost $3,000.00 per year. I won't hesitate to respond to his future emails.
