GBGood news first- the extra benifits… Good news first- the extra benifits included with my warranty saved me so much money. Like roadside assistance and rental assistance. I did think the claims process the first time took a little long.

GBI never thought I'd say this anything… I never thought I'd say this anything good about a warranty company, but SnoopDrive is offered through my employer which made me feel less apprehensive about enrolling. GBSo far i only had one minor issue with… So far i only had one minor issue with filling claims but they rectified the issue. I have used the services three times and I have not had any issues with getting my vehicle repaired. I will continue using this warranty as long as I have the car.

GBI took my truck to the local dealership… I took my truck to the local dealership for engine trouble, the dealership wrote up a parts list and stated on the repair quote what was needed and why it was needed. They denied the claim at first because of an error i made on the mileage. I called SnoopDrive and they fixed it for me right away. The rest of the claim went without another issue. Thanks!
