GBGreat customer service! Friendly and personable. Denise was very personable and answered all of my questions. The ones she didn't readily know the answer for, she put me on a short hold and came back with the answers. She followed up later in the day as we had discussed, but I was still not available. Her follow ups though is what prompted me to finish up the enrollment today. Without her diligence, I would likely have forgotten or put it off longer. Like I already said, Denise was very friendly and personable and I enjoyed speaking with her to get this all set up.
