GBThe roadside assistance program that… The roadside assistance program that Verti use has the worst customer skills I've ever experienced. A Verti roadside assistant customer service agent called a third party tow truck provider that has one driver. My wait time went from a 1 hr wait that was confirmed by a member of the roadside assistant agent to not knowing what time or when another driver would be dispatched. I was placed on hold for 1 additional for a Verti roadside agent to come back on the line to assist me. I will not be patronizing Verti Insurance anymore.

GBThe beginning started out well after… The beginning started out well after 6-7 months they started raising my rates. A year later I’m paying more than I was before I left my old insurance company. Then my son buys his own car and gets his own insurance and they raise my insurance an addition $210.00. That’s enough for me see ya later Verti, going back to the big name insurance companies for less money. By the way if you need to speak to someone on the phone good luck it only happens when you start a NEW policy.
