CRGreat policies overall! We’ve used your company probably 20+ years - beautiful website, good policies, good prices, great service when a claim is needed. I do feel like the website mechanics need updates & this new “find & print your cards” is just the worst. I’ve had to call twice just in 2024 & am currently on a trip with no actual virtual or printed insurance card, which is frustrating.

USWhat they did and what they are… What they did and what they are informing me of in this email is a total error and was not authorized by me or my husband, it seems to me a lack of respect that they make decisions for us, this is not authorizing, we are still waiting for the refund on what was charged without authorization and is not the due fee, the next one is due in September for $575.96. I don't know what this is about?
