Attempted fraud on my credit card after payment was completed. The experience was fine, however, someone attempted to skim my credit card after payment to you. I know it was directly related to Azimuth as I entered a unique card number on your website. I notified my broker immediately but haven't heard back from her on this yet. Great policies overall! We’ve used your company probably 20+ years - beautiful website, good policies, good prices, great service when a claim is needed. I do feel like the website mechanics need updates & this new “find & print your cards” is just the worst. I’ve had to call twice just in 2024 & am currently on a trip with no actual virtual or printed insurance card, which is frustrating.
