Azimuth's ability for me to be able to call Valerie about my claim status and then have her take a personal interest in my call is priceless. All Azimuth mail or text corresponance with their clents could have an employee name (at least their first name) signature rather than just a department name. Good job well done!

Smooth and transparent process Fast reply to our request for an insurance. The process was smooth and no back and forts. Just a rider based on medical existing preconditions was requested (internal Azimuth insurance rules communicated in advance during the process - no real surprise to us). We wish the rider was less restrictive, however these are insurance rules and we have to accept them. Policy documents were delivered electronically (as requested by us) and fast. All in all it looks good so far.

Last year we did need to file a claim for emergency surgery. It was a long process that took a lot of effort, but in the end we raeached a fair and acceptable conclusion.
