Think hard before making the purchase According to the company, If some one gets viral laryngitis and they are asked to see their PCP to get blood works before staring treatment for laryngitis, the blood works and pcp visit are not covered because “they are pre existing conditions”. What a joke.

All Azimuth mail or text corresponance with their clents could have an employee name (at least their first name) signature rather than just a department name. Good job well done!

I find using their website to book our insurance is quick, easy and affordable. It gives us comfort knowing we are protected and will be taken care of if the time is ever needed.

Was a nightmare dealing with them to process your claim I would never recommend this insurance. They do not keep their promises and they find ways to deny your claims by citing "pre-existing conditions." It's more of scam than a real insurance company. Hospital sent me a bill that I can't afford after claim was denied by Azimuth.
