Was a nightmare dealing with them to process your claim I would never recommend this insurance. They do not keep their promises and they find ways to deny your claims by citing "pre-existing conditions." It's more of scam than a real insurance company. Hospital sent me a bill that I can't afford after claim was denied by Azimuth.

The application process couldn't be easier The application process couldn't be quicker or easier. This season we had no claims, so nothing to report on that front. Last year we did need to file a claim for emergency surgery. It was a long process that took a lot of effort, but in the end we raeached a fair and acceptable conclusion.

Smooth and transparent process Fast reply to our request for an insurance. The process was smooth and no back and forts. Just a rider based on medical existing preconditions was requested (internal Azimuth insurance rules communicated in advance during the process - no real surprise to us). We wish the rider was less restrictive, however these are insurance rules and we have to accept them. Policy documents were delivered electronically (as requested by us) and fast. All in all it looks good so far.

Great policies overall! We’ve used your company probably 20+ years - beautiful website, good policies, good prices, great service when a claim is needed. I do feel like the website mechanics need updates & this new “find & print your cards” is just the worst. I’ve had to call twice just in 2024 & am currently on a trip with no actual virtual or printed insurance card, which is frustrating.
