I have been with them for two years and cannot say enough good things about this firm. Troy Bacchus, and his staff, are true professionals; they listen to the customers and are able to make recommendations as to the best plan for your specific needs. My most recent personal experience involves a particular drug (prescribed by my cardiologist) and was informed the cost would now be $524! That is ridiculous especially since I just retired and am a fixed income – what to do? Need the drug so only choice is to purchase out of the country or without using the drug plan, I pay for each month. When discussed with Troy Bacchus, he suggested submitting a Tier exception form. After he explained the process, sent me the form and conversed with the doctor’s office, the tier exception (never heard about this before) was approved, thereby saving me a lot of money for this pill over the course of the year. Besides this cost savings, Troy Bacchus knows about as much about generic equivalents as the doctors office and he is the best – not your typical 9 to 5, Monday thru Friday person; very responsive as is his staff. Medicare Supplemental Plans... Anything related to Medicare supplemental plans - the rules, the enrollment periods, understanding which plans work the best for one's specific needs -can be challenging and stressful at best. Troy Baccus with Medicare Life Group took care of absolutely everything for me! He explained options, costs, and took care of submitting all the applicable required paperwork when I enrolled. Once again I felt DEEP relief Once again I felt DEEP relief, after unexpectedly being confronted with having to to pay over $400/month for a different inhaler. This is because of having side effects from the one covered by my current drug plan. They swooped in by once again doing my research for me and passing on the name of the provider that offers the best pricing with the lowest copay. In this case it’ll be $125/month. Suddenly it doesn’t feel like so much to pay, since it’s way lower than what it could have been. And, they are there for me should it change, do to my plan. I feel like I have a team of angels watching over me and I am grateful.
