He and his staff are well versed and familiar with the latest Medicare rules as well as specific details of each plan. My most recent personal experience involves a particular drug (prescribed by my cardiologist) and was informed the cost would now be $524! That is ridiculous especially since I just retired and am a fixed income – what to do? Need the drug so only choice is to purchase out of the country or without using the drug plan, I pay for each month. When discussed with Troy Bacchus, he suggested submitting a Tier exception form.
