WHICH Turned Out To Be More Than I assumed it would be, The Company Went Far And Beyond "Carcare".. Its expected and also documented Duties..and Granted approval for my Car to Be Fixed properly.. Not many if any Companies would do that.. I Myself Personally Thank" Rick"which was completely Helpful and supportive..and the Company of Carsure as A whole for Helping Me A Disabled Service Connected Veteran in The Time of Need In A World Wild Pandemic.. GBCarSure Review I'm so glad I switched to CarSure their customer service is excellent and helpful with all questions given to them. I was with CarShield and had a terrible experience with them they are a deceptive company didn't pay for repairs that should have been done and having me to come out of pocket more than 100.00 deductible. GBYour representative Rob went out of his… Your representative Rob went out of his way to help us when your claim system was down. My mechanic lost patience due to the system failure, and would not deal with the situation. Rob went out of his way to get our claim approved and rebuilt confidence with the repair company. GBI am not certain about recommendations… I am not certain about recommendations to anyone; however, I know for a fact that I was given the best advice and consideration by the carsure representative Rob who helped me with my frustrations following a warranty that was not covered by CarSure for my headlights on my Cadillac SRX. He kept me calm and helped me to stay calm and rational when I was about to cancel my CarSure Warranty. He helped me by waiving my February payment of $177.00 and reducing my monthly payment to 96.00. That in and of itself was a huge relief and I greatly appreciate his services and expert advice. GBI just want to say what an awesome… I just want to say what an awesome company these guys are! My dad passed away shortly after purchasing his warranty and they refunded the funds to the family. This is where I will be shopping for my next extended warranty. CarSure made an already difficult situation, a little bit easier to deal with. I can't say enough words to show my appreciation.
