GBVery disappointed! Poor TOW service-waited for 3 HOURS in the hot sun!! Finally got to dealership. In addition to the $100 deductible, also had to pay $150 +tax for one hour labor that carsure would not authorize! I purchased the upgraded policy but I still ended up paying money out of pocket that carsure promised they dwould cover. SERIOUSLY considering canceling policy and researching a more ETHICAL company!!!I UPDATE!! The CarSure team read my first review, contacted me, investigated the matter and refunded the full amount that I was charged for labor! I was impressed and have changed my opinion of the coverage. They do care!

GBHigh pressure sales with elderly parents High pressure sales with elderly parents (My father has dementia). Misleading information about cancellation when I called. Said phone call request completed cancellation and that the policy was now cancelled but that the email instruction to be sent were just to make sure we got the pro-rated refund. The email has no confirmation of the call or the cancellation request that we made over the phone that we were told was enough to cancel the coverage. Per the email in order to complete the cancellation, my elderly parents now have to get an odometer statement NOTARIZED, and MAIL it in. It all seems deliberately difficult and designed to discourage cancellation. I will be blocking any further payments with their bank as I did not get a confirmation of cancellation and I do not trust they won’t be billed until this “very difficult to complete” cancellation has taken an extended time for the company to process. Also my parents made no claims and did not understand what they were purchasing. I will also be filing a BBB complaint and requesting a full refund of the $1500 already gotten from them using dubious sales and billing measures. Feels like another in a long list of companies trying to take advantage of my elderly parents.

GBcaresure really works CarSure is great I had a thermostat problems for got the whole thing replace with housing and sensors.also both control arms replace and only paid my deductible.the first warranty that paid for something.there great

GBYour representative Rob went out of his… Your representative Rob went out of his way to help us when your claim system was down. My mechanic lost patience due to the system failure, and would not deal with the situation. Rob went out of his way to get our claim approved and rebuilt confidence with the repair company.
