GBEasicar Rental - Shannon Airport The assistant running the Easicar Rental from Shannon Airport, Ireland was great. He stayed very late to pick us up from the airport at 1am a was efficient in sorting the car both on collection & drop off. Car was good quality relatively new MG and spotlessly clean. Would definitely use again.

GBAll OK, but never received the Confirmation All was good when searching, booking and confirming my booking. But, several days later I've yet to receive a confirmation email from you. My booking is confirmed in my account, but I had to search it rather than receive the confirmation as expected. What's gone wrong here?

BDExcellent service Excellent service. They went extra mile to exceed expectations. My flight was delayed from China about 6 hours. I thought I’ll not get the car. But they kept it for me. Also they delivered to my hotel and also they picked up from airport. I’m always going to use their service whenever I’ll be in Japan.

MABetter Training For Your Agents You should work on training your customer service agents better. Besides; you should hire only people that can speak & understand english very well. The emails they sent to customers look like they used Google translation which reflects a very bad image about you. Vanessa Yan; was very helpful & I appreciate her support.
