QEEQ.com is an absolute scam QEEQ.com is an absolute scam. I arrived at the Noleggiare office an hour before the contract time. I was made to wait an hour so that there was no way to cancel the contract and get my money back. When the time for possible cancellation of the rental passed, I was told that my Canadian driver's license was not enough and they refused to rent. I contacted Qeeq.com support and they refused to give me a refund because... The time for refusal without penalty has passed. I had no choice but to rent a car at a nearby office where, for the same money that was stolen from me at qeed.com, I received a car with full insurance. At the same time, my driver's license turned out to be enough.

Qeeq provides excellent service Qeeq provides excellent service. The car rental rates are also cheaper than booking through other car rental companies. They have a price drop protector whereby when the price drops 5% below the price booked/paid, they will rebook at the lower price, thus saving the renter money. I have saved money on several bookings with this price drop protector.

Jury is still out! Very easy to navigate the options and our requirements and immediate response. However our chosen option offered free additional driver but there was no option to book this at checkout and so I added it as a request. Very quick email response that advises a charge of around 4.5 euros a day extra driver and if this is the case it will make it a more expensive option than others I found and I will obviously not be very impressed! Update after our holiday will be forthcoming!

Good for the car rental but not Qeeq app Good for the car rental. They are Chinese who can speak Japanese but not English. Use Translation app is ok. Not good for the Qeeq app. The wrong picture of the car made me misunderstood. I saw new Alphard in the app but I got 10 years ago Alphard.

Better Training For Your Agents You should work on training your customer service agents better. Besides; you should hire only people that can speak & understand english very well. The emails they sent to customers look like they used Google translation which reflects a very bad image about you. Vanessa Yan; was very helpful & I appreciate her support.
