All OK, but never received the Confirmation All was good when searching, booking and confirming my booking. But, several days later I've yet to receive a confirmation email from you. My booking is confirmed in my account, but I had to search it rather than receive the confirmation as expected. What's gone wrong here?

I have used the QEEQ platform many times (probably 5-6 times a year) and no issues to date. If you upgrade to Diamond it includes a service where is the price drops then the reservation is re-booked at the lower rate (I have benefited from this many times).
