Horrible Company This company by no means is a legitimate company. My 90 year old mother purchased this product because she was told "That your property's home warranty secured by PNC Mortgage may or has already expired" This is not accurate. We tried to call and cancel within 48 hours and was given the complete run-around by "Kyle". Very unprofessional and did not want to refund our money. I filed a complaint with the BBB and getting a refund from our bank.

I can tell by reading the positive… I can tell by reading the positive reviews that they are not legit. This company does not even have BBB rating. Their notice today says my coverage may be expiring, have had this house since 2013, never had their "service," so they are lying.

Informative Informative, not pushy - HOWEVER... Look at your reviews! It looks like you're no better than Choice who you and other salesmen trash... Now I wish I had contacted American Home Shield who appear to be the ONLY reputable Home Warranty Company. According to the Better Business Bureau - there have been 42 complaints closed in the last 3 years and 38 complaints closed in the last 12 months!!!
