This is the second time I’ve done this the best service I have had in a long time. This is the second time I’ve done this. I felt she really cared about my problem, was extremely gracious and easygoing. I asked for her name because if I had another problem I would absolutely call her.

Satisfied customer Junior was polite and informative. He took the time to explain the program to me and to answer any questions I had. He put my individual needs first by offering me the best options and then having me speak with his manager, Cody, to make certain I was pleased with my decision to utilize the warranty program.

This company is a total scam! This company is a total scam!! They have no problem taking your payments, but you can never get anything covered. By the time you realize you are paying for nothing, you are out of hundreds or thousands of dollars. Save yourself the aggravation, avoid them completely.

Horrible Company This company by no means is a legitimate company. My 90 year old mother purchased this product because she was told "That your property's home warranty secured by PNC Mortgage may or has already expired" This is not accurate. We tried to call and cancel within 48 hours and was given the complete run-around by "Kyle". Very unprofessional and did not want to refund our money. I filed a complaint with the BBB and getting a refund from our bank.

Great first deal After I talked to Patricia the line was still open. I could hear them talking and heard that it was his first deal. He did a good job.they honored my veteran status saving us a few bucks and making it more affordable in payment form.
