Customer service -

workers don’t listen to customers they gave me the wrong quote and after they gave me the wrong quote they would not send me my insurance paperwork than they held me on the phone to discuss why the mistake was made in a aggressive tone i ask to be redirected to the company i purchased my insurance from but instead they wanted to discuss matters that frankly was already handle so i do not know the reason for this situation.

I like them and the insurance helps me… I like them and the insurance helps me a lot, but I always have problems with payments for the services used. I have to call them and spend hours on the phone to resolve issues.
