Over 13 years I have been with your company for over 13 years. Margaret was first my agent for many years and then I’m assuming got sick and didn’t return since then. I’ve had Leslie and I absolutely love her. She’s always accurate on time returns. workers don’t listen to customers they gave me the wrong quote and after they gave me the wrong quote they would not send me my insurance paperwork than they held me on the phone to discuss why the mistake was made in a aggressive tone i ask to be redirected to the company i purchased my insurance from but instead they wanted to discuss matters that frankly was already handle so i do not know the reason for this situation.
