GBworkers don’t listen to customers they gave me the wrong quote and after they gave me the wrong quote they would not send me my insurance paperwork than they held me on the phone to discuss why the mistake was made in a aggressive tone i ask to be redirected to the company i purchased my insurance from but instead they wanted to discuss matters that frankly was already handle so i do not know the reason for this situation.

GBI been paying my insurance on time… I been paying my insurance on time every month but when it’s time to do my renewal my amount go up instead of down I feel y’all should have some kind of perks or discounts for being loyal
