GBI asked if there was an insurance that… I asked if there was an insurance that was cheaper than what I was paying since it increased. The response was probably not. But I asked her to look into it and she said she would let me know either way and I was not notified as she said but instead the higher rate had begun.

I’ve had Leslie and I absolutely love her. She’s always accurate on time returns. GBValued Customer I've been a customer for years and purchased more than one type of policy. The only fault I've ever had is phone communication. Can't get them on the phone or a timely callback.

GBworkers don’t listen to customers they gave me the wrong quote and after they gave me the wrong quote they would not send me my insurance paperwork than they held me on the phone to discuss why the mistake was made in a aggressive tone i ask to be redirected to the company i purchased my insurance from but instead they wanted to discuss matters that frankly was already handle so i do not know the reason for this situation.
