Unbiased and Professional I highly recommend Chris Goodwin and his associates at Insurance Pros, Inc. for prompt, professional service and unbiased information in the selection of Medicare supplement insurance. Chris is an expert in the field and can explain the Medicare process in a simple, straightforward way. He provided much data on all available supplements and patiently answered all of my questions. Although Insurance Pros charges no fee to the insured, they do receive a commission from the insurance company chosen by the insured. However, in my case, I selected a “direct-to-consumer” plan for which Insurance Pros will receive NO commission. Chris had not removed this plan from the list of available plans he shared with me, despite the fact that he would receive no benefit from that selection. He was very gracious and was still happy to assist with my enrollment in a prescription drug plan. Chris can be trusted to provide accurate, unbiased information.
