Medicare Education by Chris Goodwin. I went to a Medicare Education seminar given by Chris Goodwin. It was excellent. Chris was organized, friendly and very thorough. He made workable sense of all the seemingly mountains of information. I strongly recommend anyone approaching medicare to go to one of his classes.

Medicare Insurance Chris Goodwin was excellent in explaining to me how Medicare works and the many options available for Medicare Supplement Plans. I left with a better understand of what my options are and what my cost for Medicare Insurance would be.

Unbiased and Professional I highly recommend Chris Goodwin and his associates at Insurance Pros, Inc. for prompt, professional service and unbiased information in the selection of Medicare supplement insurance. Chris is an expert in the field and can explain the Medicare process in a simple, straightforward way. He provided much data on all available supplements and patiently answered all of my questions. Although Insurance Pros charges no fee to the insured, they do receive a commission from the insurance company chosen by the insured. However, in my case, I selected a “direct-to-consumer” plan for which Insurance Pros will receive NO commission. Chris had not removed this plan from the list of available plans he shared with me, despite the fact that he would receive no benefit from that selection. He was very gracious and was still happy to assist with my enrollment in a prescription drug plan. Chris can be trusted to provide accurate, unbiased information.

I was referred to Chris at Insurance… I was referred to Chris at Insurance Pros by friends of mine that use him. I am a retired insurance agent and if these individuals used him, I felt comfortable. I scheduled a meeting and was told to come 15 minutes early and we may have more than the hour appointment that was scheduled. We didn't actually get in for the meeting until a couple of minutes after the scheduled time. The presentation was great and we narrowed it down and ended the meeting because he had another appointment. They didn't follow up with me and when I contacted the person I was supposed to, she was out of the office and nobody reviewed her emails. I researched the policy that we had talked about and we were ready to go with. I found that the information he gave us was incorrect and the policy would not have covered what we discussed, it was VERY clear what we were looking for. I will say that Chris and his staff were courteous and friendly, but if you give someone misinformation on something this important, you not doing what people expect from you. He did apologize, but I think this needed to be shared, if i went with the plan he suggested, we wold not have had the coverage we needed and wanted.
