I did not have a great experience with an approval, however I have been impressed with the seriousness of how the org responded to my complaint. KRThey don’t cover your medical expenses They don’t cover your medical expenses. Only if you pay 250$ they will asume the costs from that amount. I made a claim during my trip in Vietnam and never received the money from the insurance. So, in my opinion it’s basically a scam.
