Not the worst, not the best It's a bit complicated to submit claims, and the direct billing is not guaranteed. Had to pay for a surgery since they couldn't do the direct billing and that wasn't the best experience. The reimbursement will come, but you can't count on that money.

I did not have a great experience with an approval, however I have been impressed with the seriousness of how the org responded to my complaint.
