BEWARE !!! BEWARE !!! Don't fall for their electronics lost luggage or electronics theft policies/ add-ons. They are misleading and in turn very bureaucratic. Making it near impossible with many hoops to jump through to lodge a claim. Be very careful, I would hope that the health benefits would outweigh their options of add-ons. I think it's fair to suggest the add-ons are a scam. I would recommend other travel insurance options and from your own country of residence. Not a global conglomerate. Unfortunately, my choice to use Safety Wing was influenced by a YouTube video that was sponsored. It all seemed great. I acknowledge my poor judgement. Please don't be fooled. Review change I am always happy to change my stance based on how organisations respond. I did not have a great experience with an approval, however I have been impressed with the seriousness of how the org responded to my complaint. Mistakes are made, sometimes the response to a mistake makes a bigger impact on long term relationships. I appreciate how you have dealt with this.

They don’t cover your medical expenses They don’t cover your medical expenses. Only if you pay 250$ they will asume the costs from that amount. I made a claim during my trip in Vietnam and never received the money from the insurance. So, in my opinion it’s basically a scam.

Great until you need to make a claim Everything is great until you need to make a claim. Claims are done in a different, clunkier platform, and take months to be processed. I made a claim but forgot to add the document for one of the expenses, instead of asking for it they simply closed it and didn't pay the total amount. I tried making an appeal explaining what happened and they simply rejected it saying it was a duplicate claim. Tried adding additional documents to the original claim and I got no feedback. Still trying to get paid after 3 months.

Best Help While Traveling! One adult can have up to two 10 year old kids or younger on the plan. This makes it great for families! Since I have a 3 year old, this is perfect for me!
