Despite reaching out multiple times, the lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable and not in line with the professional standards expected from a reputed insurance provider. Claims are not just numbers; they are people's wellbeing and peace of mind. As customers, we enter into an agreement with SafetyWing with the expectation of support when needed. The prolonged silence and inaction on my claim is a serious concern and reflects poorly on SafetyWing's commitment to its clients.

Instead, they said this is for correction-eyesight-related surgery. I am stunned by their manner of evaluating medical claims. not recommended.
