I did not have a great experience with an approval, however I have been impressed with the seriousness of how the org responded to my complaint. PLMy experience with SafetyWing has been not great My experience with SafetyWing has unfortunately eroded the trust I initially had in their services. I submitted a medical claim (Claim ID CINV10012966) on February 16, 2024, and have been left without any updates or reimbursement for over two months now. Despite reaching out multiple times, the lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable and not in line with the professional standards expected from a reputed insurance provider. Claims are not just numbers; they are people's wellbeing and peace of mind. As customers, we enter into an agreement with SafetyWing with the expectation of support when needed. The prolonged silence and inaction on my claim is a serious concern and reflects poorly on SafetyWing's commitment to its clients.
