I did not have a great experience with an approval, however I have been impressed with the seriousness of how the org responded to my complaint. not recommended They are again unprofessional when it comes to evaluating your claim. I have an eye inflection, which needs to remove the infected cyst. All the documents are submitted. Instead, they said this is for correction-eyesight-related surgery. I am stunned by their manner of evaluating medical claims. not recommended.

Not the worst, not the best It's a bit complicated to submit claims, and the direct billing is not guaranteed. Had to pay for a surgery since they couldn't do the direct billing and that wasn't the best experience. The reimbursement will come, but you can't count on that money.
