Two months later we received a check for our total medical bills minus the $250 deductible. This was the third time we purchased a Safetywing policy and we will continue to use them for every international trip we take. ------------------------------------------------------ PS: I had an issue with my bank when I tried to deposit the check from Safetywing, which was resolved.

GBReview change I am always happy to change my stance based on how organisations respond. I did not have a great experience with an approval, however I have been impressed with the seriousness of how the org responded to my complaint. Mistakes are made, sometimes the response to a mistake makes a bigger impact on long term relationships. I appreciate how you have dealt with this.

PHI always have a good experience using… I always have a good experience using Safety Wing. However, there has been a slight delay with the processing of claim because of their system but it has been sorted. Customer representative are very accommodating and fast, shout out to Ronie for being so helpful all throughout the process! Appreciate the team always!
