However, there has been a slight delay with the processing of claim because of their system but it has been sorted. BRGreat until you need to make a claim Everything is great until you need to make a claim. Claims are done in a different, clunkier platform, and take months to be processed. I made a claim but forgot to add the document for one of the expenses, instead of asking for it they simply closed it and didn't pay the total amount. I tried making an appeal explaining what happened and they simply rejected it saying it was a duplicate claim. Tried adding additional documents to the original claim and I got no feedback. Still trying to get paid after 3 months.

BRNot the worst, not the best It's a bit complicated to submit claims, and the direct billing is not guaranteed. Had to pay for a surgery since they couldn't do the direct billing and that wasn't the best experience. The reimbursement will come, but you can't count on that money.
