However, there has been a slight delay with the processing of claim because of their system but it has been sorted. ILBest travel insurance you can get I've been insured with SW for over 4 years now while traveling around the world. The customer service is always willing to answer every question (even the irrelevant ones :D) and they're very fast! Together with the new complaint approval system, it's suddenly a joy to deal with my insurance! certainly never expected that.

JOnot recommended They are again unprofessional when it comes to evaluating your claim. I have an eye inflection, which needs to remove the infected cyst. All the documents are submitted. Instead, they said this is for correction-eyesight-related surgery. I am stunned by their manner of evaluating medical claims. not recommended.
