KRThey don’t cover your medical expenses They don’t cover your medical expenses. Only if you pay 250$ they will asume the costs from that amount. I made a claim during my trip in Vietnam and never received the money from the insurance. So, in my opinion it’s basically a scam.

However, there has been a slight delay with the processing of claim because of their system but it has been sorted. GBAmazingly fast and prompt service Had to visit a hospital while in Thailand. Put in a claim at 16:58 and at 17:03 it got accepted. The money was is in my account by the next day. Couldn’t have hoped for a better process. Wasn’t even asked to write a review but felt it was due.
