I did not have a great experience with an approval, however I have been impressed with the seriousness of how the org responded to my complaint. PHI always have a good experience using… I always have a good experience using Safety Wing. However, there has been a slight delay with the processing of claim because of their system but it has been sorted. Customer representative are very accommodating and fast, shout out to Ronie for being so helpful all throughout the process! Appreciate the team always!

ILBest travel insurance you can get I've been insured with SW for over 4 years now while traveling around the world. The customer service is always willing to answer every question (even the irrelevant ones :D) and they're very fast! Together with the new complaint approval system, it's suddenly a joy to deal with my insurance! certainly never expected that.
