GBNot Sure About Novo When I was purchasing my insurance policy, the website gave me the price for the first month's payment and also indicated what my next monthly payment would be. I then downloaded the app and next month's payment was $5 higher than what the website said it would be. I contacted customer service via chat, Tasha was nice and helpful, but she indicated that Novo charges a $5 "processing" fee with every payment. I looked over the paperwork before buying the policy and didn't see that mentioned anywhere. I feel it's somewhat dishonest to say "here is what you'll be paying next month" and not have it be accurate, especially since they obviously know they'll be charging a $5 fee for each installment paid. Again, I didn't see the $5 fee mentioned anywhere. I think it's odd that they have a processing fee on the monthly payments anyway but for it to be added on in a sneaky way like that seems incredibly shady and is definitely making me second-guess and feel much less comfortable using Novo for car insurance.

GBThe only problem I had was you quoted… The only problem I had was you quoted me a price of &92.00 something then it said $126.67 now it says next month $131.67 so it went up from what it said originally before purchase then went up again before the next month so I am confused

GBI just purchased insurance from Novo… I just purchased insurance from Novo Insurance on the 12th. The only reason I am giving 4 Star 🌟 is because I was reading my policy and it stated that I had roadside assistance and I was chatting with the best customer service representative Tasha M and she advised that they do not have the Roadside Assistance Plan and nowadays that's a good Program to have when your out on the road!! I also can't get the App on my phone its not compatible with any of my 3 phones that I have! I am assuming that Novo Insurance is fairly a new Insurance Company and that the kinks will work out soon! I left Geico Insurance Company after 3 years due to the Customer Service and letting me switch to a month to month Plan due to my policy that continued to Increase every 6 months and I rarely drive far from home, I work from home so the only time I do go anywhere is only 1½ miles round trip to the grocery store and if I want Fast-food 🍔 you can also drive less than a mile round-trip from my house! Geico raised my policy from the first day of $533 to $756 and that's when I called and the only explanation I was given was due to the area I live in, which BTW is calm, quite and my neighbors are the best we ALL watch out for one another and we have "BLOCK WATCH" 24/7 365!! I know that I wasn't getting the truth of why my policy NEVER DECREASED WITH ALL THE "GREAT & AWESOME DISCOUNTS" THAT I WAS GETTING! NOVO AUTO INSURANCE IS AWESOME IN MY OPINION AND IF THAT CHANGES I WILL MOST DEFINITELY CHANGE MY RATING!!! I HOPE TO HEAR THAT ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE IS IN THE NEAR NEAR VERY NEAR FUTURE 🔮 ASAP AND I CAN GET THE APP ON GOOGLE PLAY ASAP AS WELL!!

GBI don’t recommend this company to anyone… I started a policy because it was one of the things required to get approved for a vehicle. So I bought a policy with Novo to start two days later. I didn’t get the approval for the car so I canceled the policy before it started, Novo charged me a $50 fee, I asked to speak to a supervisor and the representative said all the supervisors are in meetings. I don’t recommend this company to anyone, go with a legitimate insurance company.
