They do not know what customer service… They do not know what customer service is. I returned my license plate from my 2018 Nissan Sentra. After over two months of waiting for a check from MVD, I called 1 Stop on 43rd ave & Bell Road and spoke to an extremely rude person. She loudly interrupted me, saying that I needed to go to adot.gov and hung up on me! I spent about 50 minutes and paid a $3.00 fee at adot.gov but i didn't know my plate number, so I called 1 Stop again and asked the girl if she please lookup up my plate number. She said "OK, Please Hold". I was on hold for 50 minutes before giving up. This place is the worst for customer care that I've seen all my life, and I'm 66 years old.

Excellent, efficient service I applied online the night before...got a call in the morning to finish interview and tell me what documents to bring. I stopped by a location after work and I was out with my loan in 30 min...friendly, no-hassle experience

Great manual Great manual. Includes full disassembly and assembly with clear exploded pictures. Had a few questions before hand to ensure i get the correct manual. All is well.

Inconsistent I had a loan with a 1 Stop location formerly on Indian School in Phoenix. They were GREAT. They told me that I could delay payments if I informed them before the due date. I never did use that, and I paid my loan off early. At my current loan location on Glendale Avenue, when I asked if I could delay my payment I was told that wasn't possible. Besides that, the way my payments were scheduled, I was late on a payment. I extended my loan, and I put on my application that I was paid on the 15th and the end of the month.

You are approved for one amount over the phone but deceptive practice when you arrive in person - its a lower amount - unfair! I was originally approved for $850.00 over the phone! I called back and reconfirmed it was approval for $850.00 even noting what my payments would be over a 12 month period. However, when I arrived for my loan at 4385 W. Bell, Glendale, AZ to pick-up my $850.00 much desparately needed loan - I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - Deceptive Practices is unacceptable as I was deceived and was told I was approved for $550.00 only. A whole $300.00 short of what I was originally told and reconfirmed by two people! I proceeded with the $550.00 loan but was sincerely looking for the $850.00 loan in which I was approved for with payments of $147.54 as quoted. So I just wish these places would not deceive consumers with deceptive practices!
