Amazing people and company! The store on 51st ave and mcmcdowell was the best! I experienced excellent customer service from Nayeli and Juan. They were fast and got me approved for more than I expected. These people really saved my life. Thanks to them they saved me and my kids from being evicted from our apt. One Stop Title Loans Having a loan on my car is a very scary experience… Luckily, One Stop Title Loans has made the experience very easy and painless for me. I am working on paying off my 3rd loan with them and will never go to another company. Sonya and Jennifer always help me to ensure that my visits go quickly and smoothly. You are approved for one amount over the phone but deceptive practice when you arrive in person - its a lower amount - unfair! I was originally approved for $850.00 over the phone! I called back and reconfirmed it was approval for $850.00 even noting what my payments would be over a 12 month period. However, when I arrived for my loan at 4385 W. Bell, Glendale, AZ to pick-up my $850.00 much desparately needed loan - I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - Deceptive Practices is unacceptable as I was deceived and was told I was approved for $550.00 only. A whole $300.00 short of what I was originally told and reconfirmed by two people! I proceeded with the $550.00 loan but was sincerely looking for the $850.00 loan in which I was approved for with payments of $147.54 as quoted. So I just wish these places would not deceive consumers with deceptive practices!

overpriced wait times A $700 loan should not have an Apr of 114% +. On an 12 month term the payback amount is $1500, not what I was quoted on the phone, not what was advertised, and the wait times and "I don't care" attitude of the staff really set the tone. I am paying this off as fast as I can and never going back
