Third year in a row renewing my trade… Third year in a row renewing my trade policy, always available on the phone without being placed on hold for hours on end. Very prompt and helpful with answering and queries too.

Worst company ever of all of companies … Worst company ever of all of companies I have been insured of all 35 yrs of insuring my vehicles. They kept asking for documents of trading which I provided a no. Of times but still threatened me of cancelling the insurance within 7 days which they cancelled the insurance. The policy was paid in full AND KNOW THE ARE SAYING I HAVE ONLY PAID half and and they sent me letter saying I owe them 90 pounds. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY ALL COSTS.

From Firstline Recovery Ltd. As always, Jim Knight was fantastic. He was very thorough, professional and most importantly, honest. We have been with Bollinton for 3 years now and I cannot leave a review without mentioning Angela Abbott who in my opinion is the backbone of the company. She seems to be awake 24 hours a day and nothing is ever to much trouble. These two are total industry professionals. 10/10

It all seemed to be a bit of a rush as… It all seemed to be a bit of a rush as we did not get our renewal option until the 27th, 2 days before the expiry of the existing policy. This was mainly due to the insurer not being contactable I believe. Seeing the what went to market and having a comparison on why we have chosen the same insurer would also be useful. Having 2 weeks and options would be easier for all.

Pretty disappointed with my recent… Pretty disappointed with my recent renewal experience. Firstly I was sent another customers policy docs by mistake and when I pointed it out I just got an email with no text sending me a bunch of attachments with no explanation. Then on completing renewal had a couple of changes to policy wording and have emailed twice and no reply as of yet. I’ve paid my premium for the year so feel a bit disregarded. Apart from that no major complaints- not had to claim or anything yet.
