GBIt all seemed to be a bit of a rush as… It all seemed to be a bit of a rush as we did not get our renewal option until the 27th, 2 days before the expiry of the existing policy. This was mainly due to the insurer not being contactable I believe. Seeing the what went to market and having a comparison on why we have chosen the same insurer would also be useful. Having 2 weeks and options would be easier for all.

My renewal was dealt with efficiently my questions about the policy were answered fully and to my satisfaction. The policy and all the relevant information was emailed to me within the hour

GBAlways very helpful and very polite. Always very helpful and very polite and friendly. Never had any problems with Bollington insurance, they are just on the other end of the phone and seem to answer any questions. Prices for the policies are not too bad.
