I was always informed about the progress of the policy. I was able to purchase my policy at a reasonable rate considering my high blood pressure and cholesterol. They were a pleasure to work with on a difficult task.

Quick process but lab results are forever to wait. It was a quick process to sign up for insurance. Agents are helpful and willing to help. However; the reason I gave 4 stars is because after 2 months after blood work is done and everything is finalized with paper work and was approved for affordable insurance, until now the results have not been sent yet. I contacted JR insurance and they keep saying that they will contact Banner to send it again but until now nothing and it has been another 2 weeks. Very inconvenient. There is no way of knowing my lab results in the system also. Made me think twice of my decisions to sign up in the first place.
