GBFraud Company I have been trying to pay my warranty premium this month and I cant get in contact with anybody. When i set this up there was no problem contacting anyone but now you wont even answer just sending me to voicemail. What if my ac unit went out how am i suppose to file a claim, or make a payment you seem really fraud to me and I will be reporting you to the BBB for further investigation. Been calling 5 hours straight now i would never refer you to anyone

GBI purchased a policy for my home then I… I purchased a policy for my home then I had my son purchase one for his home. Now I cant get an email reply or anyone to answer my phone call. I'm out $600- and my son is out $300 . It sure does feel like I was scammed. Now I have no coverage I suppose

Steve was very friendly, and patient explaining in detail the plans and answered all my questions and tried to give me the best price he could. He mentioned if I needed to call for service in the future, to contact him directly and he will make sure to arrange for a technician. Thanks, Steve, for your assistance.
