I believe they're a scam!! I contracted with company on August 4, 2021. Tried to contact them via phone at the number on my email conformation then the original number I reached them. Got a recording: "The number you dialed is no longer in service." So I guess I'm just out $187.00. Now I guess I'll have to cancel my current debit card as they have that info.

Steve was very friendly, and patient explaining in detail the plans and answered all my questions and tried to give me the best price he could. Fraud Company I have been trying to pay my warranty premium this month and I cant get in contact with anybody. When i set this up there was no problem contacting anyone but now you wont even answer just sending me to voicemail. What if my ac unit went out how am i suppose to file a claim, or make a payment you seem really fraud to me and I will be reporting you to the BBB for further investigation. Been calling 5 hours straight now i would never refer you to anyone
