I believe they're a scam!! I contracted with company on August 4, 2021. Tried to contact them via phone at the number on my email conformation then the original number I reached them. Got a recording: "The number you dialed is no longer in service." So I guess I'm just out $187.00. Now I guess I'll have to cancel my current debit card as they have that info.

Fraud Company I have been trying to pay my warranty premium this month and I cant get in contact with anybody. When i set this up there was no problem contacting anyone but now you wont even answer just sending me to voicemail. What if my ac unit went out how am i suppose to file a claim, or make a payment you seem really fraud to me and I will be reporting you to the BBB for further investigation. Been calling 5 hours straight now i would never refer you to anyone
