A deer ran into my car and for a week I… A deer ran into my car and for a week I was trying to get a hold to my adjuster and when I had said I was going to get a lawyer then all of a sudden adjuster calls me 3 minutes later. My car is in the shop and the shop is trying to get a hold to the adjuster no call back or anything and so my car can't get fixed until they get the parts approved. It's hard to get a hold to someone to talk to you're waiting forever and all of a sudden they say leave a message and they never call you back this company is not a good company at all rideshare's all I do and I haven't worked for 2 weeks now and still no one's called me back or call the shop so that they can start on my car however I still have to pay my car insurance the communication and this company is horrible you have to wait so long to get someone on the phone and most of time you don't get anyone and if you get someone they can't help you. This is my only source of income I haven't drove in 2 weeks what am I supposed to do how am I supposed to pay my bills they seem to care less. Why do they have a company that doesn't answer the phones or call you back like they say they are SMH🤦

They are good and cost effective but lack in keeping their end of the gift card I love the insurance. I’d love them even more if they would give me the gift card I was promised for signing up. 🤷‍♂️
