GBThey are good and cost effective but lack in keeping their end of the gift card I love the insurance. I’d love them even more if they would give me the gift card I was promised for signing up. 🤷♂️

GBIt took SIX MONTHS to resolve my… It took SIX MONTHS to resolve my accident claim; my rates were raised, of course, but I did not get a check to cover repairs for SIX MONTHS! No help; no response to call and/or emails; no itemized estimate of repairs needed. I had to NAG and try multiple avenues of contact via multiple accounts MANY times just to get what I DID get!! This is a joke!
