Nothing terrible happened—actually the… Nothing terrible happened—actually the exact opposite. I paid what I thought was a fair amount for my homeowners' insurance earlier this year. What I didn't know was that P.T. had approximated my discounts, which is normal, before all the reports were done, like wind mitigation. When the actual wind mitigation report came through, P.T. lowered my insurance cost by $1300.00. They sent me a refund check, which was a Godsend during this pandemic. (To be upfront, I had a new roof installed 14 months before I went with P.T. My old insurance company did nothing.

Saved me over $1k from my current… Saved me over $1k from my current policy, def pays to shop each year, however they were not as aggressive on my policy for my investment home. So I assume they prefer owner occupied policy underwriting, but none the less, happy for the savings for my primary residence.

Great company for affordability.. I was looking in the internet for better homeowners insurance since my existing company kept going higher every year. My payments now are so significant lower then the other company. Everything was easy through email and they made sure the mortgage got the new policy. I recommended to my sister. She also a member. I told my good friend also. I want to thank your company for a easy, and affordable insurance. I'm very happy..keep the good work....

Would give 5 stars Would give 5 stars, but I had some trouble scheduling our home inspection. They kept calling my previous phone number for some reason, and it was a big hassle getting them to change the mumber. Only had People's for a year, but other than the outdated phone number debacle, my experience is positive.

My review thus far.... We haven’t had a claim or anything (thank goodness), so I can’t really rate anything other than the price, which I do appreciate the small prorated returns for the past 3mos due to the pandemic, but I never did hear anything back after completing the safe driving program via mobile device (scored the highest possible). I hope to get the results of the discount I qualified for before the next renewal. This concludes my review at this time.
