Bait & Switch I was quoted a price and agreed to sign up with People's Trust only to have my premium raised almost immediately after becoming a customer. All kinds of BS reasons were given including one that said my home had an unknown pitch.. What? The home was built in 20o1 and insured by other insurance companies with no issues. Essentially People's Trust wanted to charge me more for my home with a new roof then predecessors did with nearly a 20yr old roof, now how absurd is that?

My previous insurance was going to… My previous insurance was going to charge me 2177.00. I called Patricia from Martin County Florida and she gave me a cheaper price. Patricia was from Northern Trust. When I received you bill it was around $1443 more than my previous insurance. I will be doing some shopping when this contract expires in 2021. Gary Pahel

This is the worst insurance company if… This is the worst insurance company if you file a claim. If you call about the status, they shove you to the bottom of the list and repeatedly tell you they need 14 days to review your status, and then another 14 days, and another 14 days. They refuse to acknowledge that I need a new roof - I have sent 4 estimates and pictures! Supervisors do not call back and one is never available. Worst Insurance Company EVER!

I am a new customer I am a new customer, therefore, i do not have much to say at this point . However, i must say how helpful your agent was when i made my request for a quote. ( i do not think i am allow to mention her name ) She advised me to upgrade the outdated water pipe that supply water to the property and waited several months until the work was completed. she got me a competitive quote which i accepted without any hesitation. So far things are good.

Been with Peoples trust for over 7… Been with Peoples Trust for over 7 Years. Never had a claim, always made my payments on time, and then boom, they raised my premium from $1,100 to $2,800. Agent said all insurance carriers had to raise rates. Went with Farmers insurance and got the same coverage at $1,600. Check your policies everyone, especially those of you using Escrow payments.
